I have a couple of these pens, I purchased them when I was Berlin a couple of years ago so I know the quality of the Lamy Al-Star. The pen they sent me was in good cosmetic condition; however, the ink cartridge was nearly deplete.So the Pen didn't write well at tall. Actually it was terrible! I wrote the company threetimes to see if they wanted to correct the situations. Crickets. I guess i have to get these shipped from Geramy.Reply from: truphae- Feedback replied by seller truphae.- Feedback replied by seller truphae.Buyer's email was received on Sunday, a day in which we are closed. We responded promptly on Monday to offer a new refill, to which the buyer requested that we instead just PayPal him $18 to purchase his own refills on Amazon. It felt like a scam so we offered him to return the pen for a full refund; to which we were greeted with rude and insulting responses. We can either replace the refill, or return the item for a refund, but we do not agree to blindly sending money outside the eBay platform.
