Only negative are that it didn't include a wi-fi and bluetooth card or any documentation. I downloaded the documentation from the Dell website. Lucky I had a USB wi-fi or I wouldn't have been able to get online to complete setup! I ordered a correct wi-fi/ bluetooth card to add later. It has Dell support until January 2027, which is great. Overall, it is a good value for the significantly reduced price.
