    Great so far

    I was in the market for a self cleaning litterbox and did not want to drop 600 bucks on other options so I figured I’d give this one a try. I’m glad I did. My cat took right to it which I thought switching him from his normal clumping litter to this would be difficult. Next is the smell. His old litter box we used the expensive walnut shell litter which is marketed to be able to flush (which I wouldn’t suggest). Even after cleaning his box, sanitizing and putting new litter in, sharing my small home office with my cat I could smell it all day long even with a air purifer a few feet from me. This box is a game changer and was well worth the money. My office does not have any smell to it now.

    Disappointed

    Please be advised that the purchase process of the Vendor was impeccable.... My complaint was about the product. I normally get a different brand of an automatic, self cleaning litter box, but wanted to try something different. Mistake. Starts off difficult to put together. Continues on to feces/urine scents on my way up the stairs a week after using.....even though it is supposed to act up to a month before you need another. Crystals are not as magicial as is claimed. Finally, it costs a whole lot of $$ each month to purchase another paper litter tray with crystals. I will try one more cycle of this self cleaning litter box with the following changes: I have now ordered a permanent litter tray + I will stop using the crystals and start using my trust World's Best Cat Littler. ...

    Great litter pan, esp for homes w/multiple cats, I'll never go back to clay/clumping

    I've used Scoop Free litter pans for 5 years - first and second generation. Works perfectly, very pleased. Best litter system I've ever used. It's especially great when I'm away traveling - my husband can clean the litter effortlessly (a job he HATES). Happy cats & happy husband.

    The product works great as soon as I put it down and set it up my cat broke it in, he loves it, I love it, the disposable litter box refills are a little on the expensive side, but I guess that's the price you pay for never have to touch the litter again,
