    Item received was not what was advertised. Packing was inadequate and the item I needed was damaged as shown in the photos. You can plainly see the broken, damaged wires in the after photo's. To make things worse, they told me I did not know what I was talking about and that it was still serviceable! They never offered any compensation either! Be aware of this seller!!!!!!!!!!

    We inspected this coil before shipping — it was removed from a fully working Denon DP-7 and was in proper condition. The “damage” mentioned is just a minor mark on the enamel, which does not affect function. The winding is intact, no copper exposed, and no loose turns. Minor cosmetic wear is normal for used parts. We offered to accept a return and refund, but the buyer refused to return the item and demanded a refund without sending it back. This feedback is not accurate or justified.

    Great Part, Easy To Remove and Install

    I love how all the working parts of the iRobot are modular and can be changed out without any worrying about connecting wires, etc. I simply removed a few screws, pulled the broken right wheel motor, dropped the new one in, tightened screws and it's running like brand new again. Over the past 5 years I've replaced the battery pack and the spinning brush motor to keep my 600 series iRobot running like new.
