Unfortunately, due to it's excellent ventilation, my Ragu keeps leaking out. The powerful fans are spraying it out the back and I have to refill it pretty frequently. But it does look good and was a great value for such a high quality piece of enterprise equipment.

Has all of the 3.5 trays and extra screws, which was really nice, no dust on the inside and system board fully updated. Been thinking of getting another one from them same specs just because. The unit is also soooo quiet and once this unit is completely setup it i will gladly pull my old unit out and gladly put this one in it place.

I contacted the sell and they communicated with me to try to troubleshoot the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they said to return the item and they would give me a full refund. They payed for the shipping. Although I had an issue, I added this provider to my saved servers list. I'm confident that the issue came about during the shipping. I would definitely recommend this seller!!
