    Fairly true to the book

    At times I felt like Keven Spacey was too relaxed, but maybe that was how Jim Williams was during the whole ordeal. We will never know exactly what happened that night, but the movie does follow the book pretty closely.

    casting director cannot do it alone

    This movie relies too heavily on the casting of esscentric characters and ugly people dressed in formal clothing. The sets, landscapes and lavish accessories was also excessive as was Spacey's acting. This is not Superman Movie and required a bit more genuine human emotion to pull it off. Spacey shows none and the supporting cast isn't supporting either. The exception to this pretend drama: Jude Law was so good I did not recognize him until the credits!

    Beautiful film. Predictable plot and ending.

    Loved the Savannah setting, and that's why I bought this. The scenery and history of the architecture are amazing. I've been to Savannah several times, and this movie captures the spirit of it all. Movie plot was predictable. I'll watch it again and again just to see Savannah.

    Perfect Timing

    My mom loves this movie! Although it tormented me through my childhood, I no longer live with her and really wanted to get it for her birthday. I couldn't find a copy nearby so I came here.
