    Condition is brand new. I wasn't use to thus method of falling asleep and I fight sleep . I even fight anesthesia. After the first two use I figured it out. A very effective sleep inhaler. I even use it again after I get t up during the night or early morning wake up. I go right back to sleep

    Sleep aid disappointing.

    I have suffered with insomnia all my life. I really wanted this product to work. Long story short - it didn’t work. They say that you fall asleep in 13 minutes. I couldn’t fall asleep in 13 hours with this worthless piece of plastic. The main problem is that you really can’t tell when the light is fully illuminated and when it shrinks. Therefore you don’t know when to inhale or when to exhale. What’s up?

    Can't pronounce the name, but the device works!

    Item seems simple and that's because it is. Three dots light up your ceiling for enabling you to fall asleep in either 8 or 20 minutes in intervals. The device is battery powered (my only complaint) and works for me from the first time to every time. It won't work for everyone I'm sure but I recommend it to any insomniac for sure!

    Can you sleep with your eyes wide open?

    How can you fall sleep with your eye wide open looking at blue light and trying to synchronize your breath with a light that slightly chage? I'm side sleeper and being on my back to watch that blue light on the ceiling it make me uncomfortable which is completly oposide to what you have to do to actually fall sleep. I watch to the light and breath in couple minutes I can't keep my eye open and mi mind keep running as usual and i can't fall sleep .bla bla bla and more......

    No help, don't buy

    It is well advertised. The item produces a soft blue light only. User stares at the light and concentrate on his/her own breathing ; similar to the Buddhist vipassana meditation. The product produce no help to induce sleep.
