I was offered and accepted a full refund and would be advised when item is back in stock. It happens. Very disappointed but the item was at the best price I've seen.

    Compressor Saver

    Condenser compressor definitely starts up smoother/quieter. In-rush amps dropped by slightly over 11 amps. Lights don't flicker when A/C comes on.
