I would leave 10 stars if I could! John went absolutely above and beyond to make sure I got what I ordered when the post office misplaced the package, at a personal cost to himself. He also gave me an option of what OS I wanted installed on the laptop, and included extra accessories. He stayed in constant communication with me and made me feel very secure in the transaction. Such a fantastic experience with this product and seller. One thing that I will say say to other buyers is don't necessarily trust the USPS tracking. I looked at it once nightbandvit showed that it was still awaiting the item. I looked again the next day and it was out for delivery. Fantastic surprise! I will definitely do business with this seller again.
