Once the bumper finally arrived, the packaging was beat all apart and the corner of the bumper was dented and the paint was chipped off. Also the hardware bag was busted open and missing half of the hardware. Other than that fun stuff it's a very nice heavy duty bumper and the lights are stupid bright. The seller was ok. Obviously a seller has no control of the carrier destroying the packaging. Nilight should do a better job because there was literally no packaging materials inside the box.

    Great Product for Pets

    This product was very easy to install and works as advertised. The medium size is perfect for our beagle/basset hound mix who weighs about 33 pounds. You will have to install a security bar as this product does not attach to the door frame or lock.

    excellent product

    The pet safe door does exactly what it says on the box, in that it allows your pet unlimited access to the outside for potty breaks or just exercise... however one disadvantage is that muddy paws have unlimited access to the inside!! The door has to be controlled by the owner. I am very pleased with the install and the whole process was completed very quickly without tears by me working on my own. So full marks there.

    Great product
