There were washer & bolts falling out of the box and the chair was missing pieces and damaged. The seller tried offering me $35. Then they tried making me take the chair to send it back w/ no functioning box. It took them almost a week to give a solution & were clearly trying to scam me out of money. No full refund was offered until I claimed fraud. Buyer beware.
