Item description was precise and the packaging was neat and secure. Although free return shipping was offered, I purposely paid the return shipping because the mistake on sizing was mine. Having worn a size 36 in Birkenstock and Alegria, I assumed the same European size would work for Dansko brand which I have never tried. I should have researched fit and sizing recommendations for the brand. Thank you for selling a nice selection of items. Will shop and buy again.
