Computer arrived severely damaged. No compensation was offered for condition, even though seller said they would file an insurance claim, which would literally be fraud by definition since the seller was paid in full and did not lose any money over the condition issues. Would not recommend dealing with this seller. Never responded back after they were notified the computer was damaged.

The laptop arrived well packaged and in very good condition. I didn t even expect this. But the equipment unexpectedly disappointed. The seller s description says 16 GB of RAM, but I received 8 GB. I want the seller to refund the difference. But I don t think that will happen.
