Light edge wear and corner rubbing; damp stain on lower left front/lower right back, red dye bled onto interior of jacket. Solid binding and hinges. Clean and unmarked save for Henry Greenleaf Pearson's signature on the front flyleaf. Yellowing to front flyleaf, tape residue (where a dust jacket protector had been adhered), signs of a label having been pulled off, and some red dye at a spot on the bottom. "Holy Family Parish Library" is stamped on the title page. Dust jacket with chips and tears, library label partially removed from spine; now protected in removable archival Brodart sleeve. Please see pictures and description for detail.”
