Item was not new and had multiple defects. Shipping cost is $30+ to receive and return the defective product regardless of refund for product purchase price, I still paid out-of-pocket shipping costs to return a defective product ($30+). I would not recommend product or company.

Our products have machine markings from the CNC end mills when cutting raw materials and you didn't like how the machine marks were on the product. We refunded as you requested after you used the product.
