Stamps were as described, with quick shipping. Packaging was deficient, and even though "Do Not Fold Fragile" was clearly writting on the envelope, the post Office was still careless. Any way, this doesn't reduce the value of the contents enough to worry about, but stiffer cardboard protecting the stamps would have helped. If these would have been higher value stamps, it certainly could have been a problem.
