Seller listed item as tour pack as "no visible wear". When I received it, there was a bad white scratch on the front left lower corner (V-shape about 2 inches). I tried contacting the seller and sent pic, but no response. The listed pics didn't show this, so perhaps it was scratched while they removed the metal mounting bracket for packing. Accidents happens but to not correct this, is bad business. Now I'm going to have to spend additional money for a paint shop to fix.

I wasn't exactly sure what to offer you, when it was packaged up it appeared just as it did in the pictures. I'm still unsure what the white scratches and v shape you say are. I could have used more information and pictures. But claiming it has to go to a paint shop is very far fetched, maybe a good clean wash and a buff. This way to far out of bounds, on a deal you still hustled me on, then didn't want resolution. If you wanted resolution you could have requested it. I would have accepted.
