Doesn't work on my device
After I purchased the long-life cartridge, I saw a review that said that if your Flash&Go was built before 2013 the long-life lamp won't work properly. They were right. I checked the label on mine and found that it was built in 2012. The long-life lamp only fires about 1 in five times then shuts the device down. The standard lamps work flawlessly on the device. I called the manufacturer and they gave me a line about skin tone, etc. I tried to explain to them that the standard lamps work but I guess they couldn't follow my description of what was happening with the long-life lamp attached to a device that was built in 2012. Check your device for the manufacture date - you're going to need a magnifying glass to read the small label on the Flash&Go device. On another note, I am a ...
