Offer expired on the 6th.Why even bother to have a best offer feature if I make an offer that is .99 less than Buy It Now price and she ignores me? Paid full price of 23.99. What a waste of time to go through that process for days and all along she wanted full price of 23.99. Not the size listed in ad. Asked for refund. I respond to customers within the allocated 12 to 24 hour time period. Buyer purchased at 23.99. The boots are a UK size 2 / Europe size 34 and US size 3 as listed in the ad posted and the pictures of the item. I am confused as to how the size of the shoe is not what is posted in the ad? Seller never received returned boots or a tracking number. Seller instructed by ebay to refund buyer when item returned. The item was never shipped.

NEVER responded within 12 to 24 hours. Didn't even bother to decline offer. Ignored offer so it expired. Despite what seller says, they are the wrong size so eBay refunded. I was ready to return them. Emailed. Asked for refund. NEVER responded. Ignored me for days so eBay stepped in & gave a refund without me having to return them.
