Seller never shipped the item and provided confusing, contradictory explanations why. Claimed they sent my item to a different person and sent that person's item to me. Makes no sense, as a shipping label was created through USPS, but that item was never received by the post office. Also claimed they sent $4/$5 (the amount changed in the messages) to other person and asked them to send my item back, then claimed the other person threw my item away. I will not purchase from this seller again.

I am truly sorry for the rror. I thought you had accepted my apology.. I fully refunded you the two dollars and also sent 5 dollars to the person who I had sent your book to by mistake. I told her to keep the 5 dollars and buy herself a cup of coffee when she emailed me that she had thrown the book away. I am truly sorry that a mistake happened. I thought you had accepted the apology. I had told you nicely in an email that my father was at Cornell in the ICU . I am so sorry about your lost book.
