This seller cares about his/her customers. My order did not show up due to UPS lost the product, reached out to the seller, the seller resend me a new one. When i received it, the box was torn up, only contains the stainless steel post, all accessories were missing. reached out to the seller again, the seller resend me a new one. Both cases are not the seller's fault, it was UPS fault. But the seller took care of the customer first. Highly recommend this type of seller.
