Customer stated that it was torn on side with no pictures. When the item sold, it was personally inspected and there was NO TEARS on the item. Item was packaged in a box to prevent any tampering. Pictures from actual listing shows there was no tears perfectly sealed. Customer wanted money compensation because they failed to read it was a sample size. As disclosed throughout the listing. Customer is trying to use her title as weight.

Great product. Warm feet on cold days!
Works great. Keeps my feet warm without making them overly hot. Perfect for hunters out in the elements. I do recommend letting them warm up for ~5 minutes before putting them on as 1 time I was in a hurry and opened the pack and put them in my boots immediately and they never did warm up. I will keep buying these until I get a heated deer stand.

I've lived with cold toes are my life. Why?
No one ever told me there was such a thing as toe warmers. And I so regret it. Even in the summertime I can be sweating like mad and my toes are still cold. And I found my answer. I know I'm even going to be using these in the summertime but these have been great during our cold weather even though I live in Georgia we do have cold weather. So get yours now.

Happy toes....
When my thermostat died this winter, my toes were uncomfortably cold. I’ve used these before and knew they’d work. You can adhere them to the top and/or bottoms of your socks, depending on what feels better. They’re thin enough to fit easily into boots and last the better part of the day.

These toe warmers truly do last a full 8 hours even in the coldest conditions. They a small enough to wear on top of your feet with socks while your shoes/boots will still fit -- they will be a bit snug, but not uncomfortably so. They can also be used inside your gloves for added warmth if the Hand Warmers are too big for you. I highly recommend all the Hot Hands products as I find they retain heat for far longer than some of the other brands. These toe warmers truly do last a full 8 hours even in the coldest conditions.
