      Keeps Eyeliner in Place

      This base has helped my sliding makeup stay in place. It's easy to spread but be quick; once it dries it's set. If you use too much it can cake a little especially around wrinkles. But, if applied carefully, and gently spread evenly, it solves makeup smudges. Overall it's creamy and easy to spread, but sometimes the product on the applicator has dried and it looks like thick product has come out of the tube. I take a tissue and wipe off the sponge tip every few uses to remedy that. I am very fair and this Prime & Matte color still works. I like that it doesn't have sparkle.

      Eyeshadow looks fabulous and flawless!

      I cannot do my eyeshadow without first using this. It gives me eyes a smooth, matte looks which pairs excellently with liquid eyeliner. Always receive compliments on eyes especially with this product. Eyeshadow lasts soooo much longer!

      Great primer!!

      This is a great primer to wear under eye shadow and eyeliner. My eyeliner stays on all day with this product.....doesn't flake off or run. Easy to apply applicator. I will definitely buy it again.
