I contacted seller to see if he would be willing to do a partial refund due to the incorrect listing of the items, but only got a “sorry “ and hidden in his listing was the fact that the radios might need work. He then notified he wanted a good faith partial refund for a positive feedback which is against the policy. Then if you look at items he listed, he sells CB radios. So was he gonna give me any of his profits, I think not.
