Better than expected. When they said "new", it literally is off-the-shelf brand new with tags and not a hint of use. It isn't that old of a stock either. Manufacturing date is Feb-2023 and we're now in October but considering some expensive brand-name helmets for sale in stores are late 2022 models, this isn't that old. UPS delivered to the wrong address but not seller's fault since the address on the label is correct. Luckily, it was my next door neighbor and I was able to retrieve package.

    Good and bad

    My 4th one because of multiple bikes. Since I got the other 3 Topeak added a rain cover which is nice. I didn’t like that they deleted the netted inside pouch that I use for smaller items that I want to keep from getting buried in the main compartment. Also omitted is the cable access port when you are using a battery with bar accessories

    Excellent bag!

    Topeak makes great products, never been disappointed. This bag is a little larger than most but not too large. It holds everything that used to be in the 2 side pockets of my former trunk bag, and it's all right at hand when you need it. Very well designed and manufactured, and the multiple positions for the bottom straps make it adaptable to many frame shapes.

    Has Some Issues, but Like It Enough to Give It a Go

    Only have done a test ride with the bag (along with my other bags), but so far: Pros: - lots of storage for a top tube bag; can fit my iPhone, battery, video camera (Insta460 Go), wallet, keys, with some space to spare - built-in rain cover - fabric, zipper seem of good construction - could also attach upside down on the top tube against the seat tube for basic storage needs (zipper upside down, so not something to open and use during a ride) Cons: - bit enough where it may affect aspects of riding; for me (small person), standover space is now really tight; when standing to ride like up a hill and sharp enough turns, my inner thighs touch the bag; probably less of an issue for a larger person - with an angled road bike stem riser and the vertical end of the bag, the bag cannot fit snug ...

    The best strap-on bag!

    This is a really good bag. Far better than my old one that mounted under the seat. It was hard to unzip, and riding when wet or on dirt the zipper would not function. The Topeck Top Loaded is easy to access and the zipper stays clean. I bought one for my other bike.
