This is a very reputable seller. We had quite a disaster, USPS sent the handbag from the east coast to GUAM --yes in the Pacific. Five days in Guam, then three days in Hawaii and it finally made it to Colorado 10 days after the seller shipped it "Ground". The bag was quite damaged. The seller immediately refunded all money. Thank you for your kindness. I really don't think eBay should ask for shipping time when the seller has no control over how long USPS takes.
