Bought as an open box, helmet was wrapped and boxed in the factory covers and box. Helmet is brand new and unused as described,with all factory documentation and arrived early. A real bargain. Recommend this seller.

Better than expected. When they said "new", it literally is off-the-shelf brand new with tags and not a hint of use. It isn't that old of a stock either. Manufacturing date is Feb-2023 and we're now in October but considering some expensive brand-name helmets for sale in stores are late 2022 models, this isn't that old. UPS delivered to the wrong address but not seller's fault since the address on the label is correct. Luckily, it was my next door neighbor and I was able to retrieve package.
