Product did arrive but package was torn with figure exposed and scuffed. I realize that seller can’t exactly control postal delivery, but padded envelope might have been better. Cost charged for shipping was three times more than actual cost. I would not buy from again.

Sorry to hear the post office damaged the shipment package.
My local post office is not consistent in their charges. The exact same package sent to you can very from the price of a stamp to expensive ground advantage charges depending who's working the counter.
