The Items were New and Unused, as described. They were ordered on a Monday and arrived in (4) Business days on Thursday. The Shipping Package could have used a little more packaging material. The Cans were tossed around a bit, and showed a few dents, but not a huge deal. It’s especially important with Aerosol Containers, that the Cans don’t developed cracks/leaks in transit, so a little more cushioning when shipping, would be advisable. We would recommend the Product and the Seller.
