    Item is great, as described and as good as new. Postage was quick and packaging was superb, the item would have survived anything. The communication with the seller was the weak point during the transaction. I had asked questions before I purchased the item and never got an answer, the item was quite a bit overpriced but the only one on eBay, so my issue, I bought it anyway. After purchase communication was again very slow and item was sent 4 days after PayPal purchase.

    HTC 10

    This phone has impressive specifications for a 4 year old model. Given its age it might need a battery replacement at some point in the future. This was my only concern before buying the phone and I got 3 quotes around $79 for a battery replacement locally in Sydney. This far it lasts a day before it needs a recharge with normal to light use. It uses a USB C cable for charging and came with its own HTC charger. The screen is very nice and clear and the sound is excellent. I bought the phone from the original owner and avoided the so called "new" or "refurbished" options on eBay. The prices are inflated and buying a new HTC 10 is near impossible today. I'm very happy with the HTC 10 and can recommend it to anyone who wishes to own the phone outright using a prepaid service.
