USPS never scanned thecard so the seller proactively reached out saying if no scan happened within a few days, they would refund me. no scan happened and the seller refunded. several days after, the package was scanned at my local USPS so I contacted seller offering to re-buy the card and the seller was adamant that I keep the product and we wouldn't worry about the cost due to the inconvenience. top notch customer service, owning what happened even though it wasn't their fault.
