    For mild pain and thinning of blood. No side effects if taken according to labelled instructions. It's a natural form of aspirin and for some people may need to consult a doctor before taking. So far I find this brand is good and the seller is also very good too. It's safe to take and I've been taking for the last 2 years without any issue. I feel less backache and a lot healthier. Other benefits of white willow bark can be researched online, therefore required no explanation.
