    Great replacement/upgrade from older Jabra headset

    This headset unit works with both a telephone (business line in my case) as well as USB connection to a computer (for a softphone program like Skype, MS Teams, GoToMeeting, etc). The headset is light and with DECT technology the range is very, very good. The sound quality is clear (for a mono headset) and I've been told that my voice comes through loud and clear. The headset is comfortable to wear for multiple hours, though I haven't had an all-day marathon with it yet. This was a replacement for a different Jabra wireless headset which I loved, but the battery died. A new headset (without a base) was almost as much as this unit and was a USB only set. I also like that I can replace the battery in this one.

    Doesn't work.

    It doesn't work. Very disappointed. The caller can hear me but I can't hear anything on the headset. I had our IT work on it for 30 min with multiple attempts and computer reboots. With no success

    Great sound...

    Big fan of Jabra headsets, also have the 9400 Pro. I do wish they would bring back the desktop software for call manager, the one that allows you to control mute, volume, etc on you desktop as opposed to the headset or base. I can still use it on the 9400, but it doesn't seem to be available for new models. Regardless, it's a great headset. The 9450 has a much longer mic boom that the older models, which I'm still trying to get used to. I think I like the shorter one better, but it's not a big deal.

    Will not function without the Jabra brand power supply (not included)

    Good price on the Jabra PRO 9450 Flex Charge Base Only and prompt delivery. But it needs to be made clear that the unit requires a power supply to function that is not included with the purchase of the base unit.

    Excellent Deal

    It was the perfect marriage! I had a 9450 headset but a broken base. Here was a broken headset with a good base! And like magic, I now have one working device and 1/3 the price of a new one. YAY! The Jabra 94xx line is outstanding. Easy setup, easy to use, and convenient! You'll like any product in the line.
