I was the only bidder and won the low bid on an item that sells for $25 at Home Depot new with a warranty. According to eBay, the seller didn't provide them with a valid tracking number and eBay refunded my money after the seller failed to respond once I had asked eBay to step in. Accordingly, USPS never received the item. Don't trust this seller.
