Item was lost in transit. Not the fault of the seller. Unfortunately, though it did take quite a while to resolve this issue and seller was putting quite a bit of responsibility on me. Seller should have done all of the work in my opinion but great communication on seller's part and ultimately a refund was issued. All ends well
