The hotspot was in MINT condition. There was no scratches on the unit or screen. There was no viable signes it was ever used. The hotspot was put to use today after the storm knocked out my Internet. This one is much faster than my Franklin T9 on the same LTE network. I didn't envoke the 5G as I am. Bit far from the tower. The unit worked flawless. The seller had a great price! Very pleased.
