This cream came with a tear in the package with cream leaking out of it, I contacted the seller and asked for a replacement or discount and they reported they would not do this. I am extremely disappointed in this seller. I have purchase many things on eBay with excellent outcomes but this was not one of them. Dr. Hamrin

Customer stated that it was torn on side with no pictures. When the item sold, it was personally inspected and there was NO TEARS on the item. Item was packaged in a box to prevent any tampering. Pictures from actual listing shows there was no tears perfectly sealed. Customer wanted money compensation because they failed to read it was a sample size. As disclosed throughout the listing. Customer is trying to use her title as weight.
