    Mil spec, top of the line wire period!

    When you type in 18awg stranded wire you get a bunch of junk and cheap wire from China. This wire is nowhere near that. Mil spec is top of the line made to highest standards such as aerospace. It’s coated in silver or nickel etc… excellent soldering properties. Don’t use cheap flimsy cable from a google search. This is serious high end mil spec cable for automotive racing, aircraft, aerospace and other uses. I’m very happy with the mil spec cable I have purchased. High temp and oil resistant wire insulation in this application makes it more desirable.

    Excellent quality

    Bought this to rewire a vintage gas lamp, since regular wire is too thick. Great product, but gas valve was too small to insert 2 wires. Excellent quality & was exactly what was needed per rewiring instructions, but didn't work out through no fault of the product.

    Perfect size.

    This is the correct OD for 28 AWG wire. I was using it in an application where there's barely any room and it was excellent. Much better than the wire I tried before that was labeled as 28 AWG but was easilty twice the OD of this wire. Super awesome!

    Very slippery, strong, easy to thread

    Super slippery, good heat resistance. Strong enough to be tightly pulled around a ferrite core. I've successfully used it to build 1:1 and 4:1 high-power baluns.
