First time leaving a negative feedback on ebay because buyers have a right to know the truth. The item I purchased was advertised as “brand new,” never being used, unopened. When I got the shaft, it was showing multiple scratches on the tip section as if it was dragged on pavement or been installed multiple times with no care. Contacted the seller, he was aware of the damages and all he was saying is to return it if I don’t like it. All I wanted was an honest apology. Disapointing experience.
