The seller made prompt reply and was agreeable when I made my offer to buy. The juice cup and juicer arrived quickly and were really well packed and are adorable--as described and pictured on the seller's site. (One photo of the front was not quite clear enough to actually see the slight crazing on front of cup, below dog's tail--however the seller DID mention the cup had crazing, although without specifying where-- thus I am satisfied.) I do recommend this seller. Great dealing with them.
