Fair price for an item that's hard-to-find locally
We love our pina coladas in the summer, and the 8.5 oz. can of Coco Lopez makes just enough for two. These small cans are hard to find locally, and the pina colada mixes just won't do. We follow the exact recipe on the can, except that I freeze the pineapple juice into cubes and store them in zipper bags with the quantity for each batch in a separate bag. Garnished with a half slice if pineapple and a cherry, these drinks send us back to days spent on the white beaches of St. Thomas.We love our pina coladas in the summer, and the 8.5 oz. can of Coco Lopez makes just enough for two.
