Neutral because I did get a refund but I would not purchase any electronics from this seller. The packing was bad to save the least. A few pieces of styrofoam shoved into a box that was oversized. You could hear the unit slide back and forth in the box. It wasn’t a surprised when I opened the box and the unit was broken. Lost about a hour of my life having to ship it back. Worst part was there was no apology for sub par packing.
