Thank you for your kind words, what you fail to mention is that as soon as I became aware of an issue I offered the option of return and full refund for the item or an immediate partial refund which was accepted. as you all can see from the feedback above I offered, along with the partial refund, to send out a hood free of charge along with a free sunshade. obviously the customer wants to have their cake and eat it.......

lets break this down. so the buyer sees the cheapest listing for these items on the whole of ebay. reads the listing and sees they have a ''best before'' date at the end of April. he decides to buy anyway, waits until May and then posts feedback telling the world that the items were EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED but somehow that makes him and his tootsies unhappy. like suddenly on 30 April the tubes all exploded or went moldy green like his toes? yet more lunatic feedback which helps nobody
