Well it starts with no returns accepted from the seller, but regardless ebay would take care of this problem. That makes sense that the seller did not send 7 of the stuffed animals toys with all the pics that were shown. On top of that these were not new and unopened as they were claimed, but slightly a few had tags. It is quite annoying on all of it, but is not worth it to deal with. I cleaned the washer and dryer for the animal toys for xmas kids. Just be aware of this kind of seller.
