The seller sent me the wrong item in a box that didn't belong either to the item I bought or the item they sent (I bought the black/pink leopard, was sent the brown/paisley in a box for brown/leopard). They responded by telling me to send it back for a refund. After accepting the return and sending me a label, they messaged me again to say I should have paid for shipping because I "didn't read the listing," (it was changed after purchase). They also left nasty feedback for me out of spite.
