Arc System Works celebrates the tenth anniversary of its 2D fighting series Guilty Gear in this updated remake of the 2007 game Guilty Gear XX: Accent Core. Accent Core Plus keeps the series' signature combo-heavy fighting and in-depth character backstories, but it also adds Guilty Gear mainstays Kliff and Justice to the mix, for a total of 25 playable fighters. Other additions include a re-tuned "Survival" mode with RPG-style character-leveling, three-man teams in the "Versus" mode, and a new "Story" mode that offers more than 350 potential scenarios.

    A very good fighting game that's not for everyone

    Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus is one of those games that you either love or hate: The people that will love it are mainly made up of those that like to learn long strings of input commands in a fighting game: they take great pleasure in seeing a combo that they've practiced for hours connect in a real game. And to those people GGXXAC+ is awesome as it, arguably, does a lot of these things better than any other fighting games out there. I personally like the way that if you attack someone and it looks like your attack "should" connect, then it will (unlike other fighting games where after performing a combo of a certain length your hits just go right through your opponent). Similarly, the people that will love this game will love it for its unique and richly colorful 2D graphics. One ...

    This game is great if your a GG fan

    It's basically a more packed version of every other GG title, with better level designs. Some of the moves have been changed, most of the changes work very well. There are two new characters, ABBA and Order Sol. There's also 3 vs. 3 mode, which can be played either against the computer or another human. If you're a fan of GG, this is definitely your game.

    An awesome 2D fighting game that takes anime characters and adds amazing soundtracks to a balanced fighting engine. A must buy for anime and fighting game enthusiasts!
