The Jawbone Jambox is a rechargeable speaker that runs for up to 10 hours without needing to be recharged. Simply set it up wherever you are, such as on your patio, on a picnic, or at a tailgate party and connect it via Bluetooth to a cell phone, portable music player, laptop, or similar device to let the music flow. Anything that you can listen to on a portable device can be transferred to the Jawbone Jambox, which delivers clear sound. You can even control the device using your smartphone or related device for several playback options like volume, pause, repeat, skip, and rewind. In addition to delivering incredible sound reproduction, the Jawbone Jambox also has a built-in microphone, which means that it also doubles as a speakerphone. With it, you can make and receive calls hands-free, including video calls, and switch back and forth between calls and the music easily. The Jawbone Jambox speaker system is lightweight and weighs less than 1 pound. It takes up to two and a half hours to recharge fully, which can be done through an electrical socket or through a microUSB connection to another device like a desktop computer.

    Love this, this is my second one, not sure why the quit making them. I had my first one for 8 years and it went to the beach, on the boat,backyard, etc. was used weekly. I have tried other boxes and none compare.

    2nd one I’ve had. Same issues. The Bluetooth is inconsistent. Sometimes will only pair with the laptop, sometimes only my cell, sometimes neither. Depends on how it feels that day. Sounds awesome. Company went out of business for what it’s worth

    Junk

    It was a piece of junk. It came out of the box playing static. Sent it back and won't order from them again. I should have known to stick with JBL. Ordered a JBL Link10 the next day. You can't believe the sound. I have 4 floor standing speakers by JBL.
