I received the item damaged from UPS I believe they probably just through it on there trucks even thow it said fragile and this side up. I believe the seller tried very hard to package the item carefully Also they have been the best they responded immediately and my refund is on the way. I hope they get there money back from the shipper and these wonderful sellers are volunteers for charity. I cannot say enough nice words about the seller.
