I tried telling seller that when tool arrived tool was not operational
Didn’t want a full refund or a return
Just wanted to come to an understanding that it was not as described when arrived
Hooked up my own batteries and tool still did not work
Reached out to them and got ignored
Just wanted a partial refund to send it in to get repaired by snap on.
