My wife and I are on our second set of Tones. Our LG Tone HBS 800's finally gave out after three and a half years so we replaced them with these LG Tone Triumph HBS 510's. I've had mine two and a half months now and she has had hers two weeks they pair quickly sound great even with music we just wish they had USB type C instead of micro USB.

This product has an extremely short range. If I’m not standing on top of my phone it will disconnect the call. My voice is muffled callers are often saying “ I can’t understand you - you sound under water or you are breaking up” horrible sound quality, complete waste of money. I have used LG Tones before - that is all I used but this one is terrible-maybe mine was defected. I will never buy this product again. I’ve had cheap ten dollar off brands ( in emergency situations) that had better sound quality and longer range than this. I have to have my phone literally on my person at all times while using this product. I can’t walk from one end of my kitchen to the other without it disconnecting- searching for call- reconnecting, it is extremely aggravating. Very Remorseful Buyer. Compared so similarly available LG Headphones, There is NO Low-end bass side, and the mid-to-high ends sound low quality. The only thing that really matters is this and these simply don't have it. spring for the 700s or 800s even if they're refurbished.. they have great bass, great highs, and won't make you go deaf.
